Introduction to Yoga - Beginners Workshop

Sat 4th OR Sat 11th Jan 2.30pm-4.30pm

If you're new to yoga this workshop is a fun and educational way to discover how yoga can be beneficial to both your physical and mental wellbeing.

Matthew will introduce you to some of the fundamentals of yoga, what makes it different from other activities, and how you can incorporate elements of yoga into your daily life.

Introduction to Mens Naked Yoga with Matthew & Stefan

Sat 18th & Sat 25th Jan 10am-12noon

In this 4-hour workshop spread over two weekends you’ll be introduced to the many facets of yoga by two different but complementary teachers, allowing you to discover what yoga can mean for you on both a physical and spiritual level. The workshop will look  into four segments shared by Matthew and Stefan. 

Introduction to Yoga for Men with Matthew & Stefan

Introduction to Mens Naked Acro Yoga

Sunday 26th Jan, 2.30pm - 5.30pm

Acrobatic Yoga (or Acro for short) is a great way of combining yoga and gymnastic work to bring you the best of both disciplines.  Lead by Martin Feaver and supported by BSY's Matthew, you'll be introduced to the basics of partner balancing as we build a sequence that you can take away and share with your friends.
