Who this workshop is for:

In this 4-hour workshop spread over two consecutive Saturdays (two hours on each day) you’ll be introduced to the many facets of yoga by two different but complementary teachers, allowing you to discover what yoga can mean for you on both a physical and spiritual level. The sessions will be broken up into four main areas of yoga, alternated by Matthew and Stefan.

  • Matthew will teach postural awareness and making shapes (asana) and flowing and moving with the breath (vinyasa)

  • Stefan will teach breathing exercises (pranayama) and energy work (including chakras and mantras)

The workshop is ideal for those completely new to yoga, or for those looking to refresh their existing practice.

What to wear/Bring:

  • This is a naturist workshop so no clothing please, no exceptions.

  • A yoga mat if you have one.  Mats are provided, but for hygiene reasons your own mat is recommended.

  • A refillable water bottle (not plastic please) and a towel if you choose to.

  • Note that there are no shower facilities at this venue.

Lateness:

Life sometimes puts unavoidable delays in our path, and if something means you'll be late please don't worry: you're welcome to join when you arrive (within reason!) .  All I ask is that you let me know so I can prepare a space for you and let the other students know.

How many students will there be?

The venue has a maximum capacity of 20, Please note that it is NOT possible to drop in. Please use the button above to book, or contact me or Stefan to add your name to the list to avoid disappointment!

Health: Please have a look at the Yoga and Health section before attending a class for the first time. If you have any questions or concerns please contact me in advance of attending a class.
