If you're a beginner, there's nothing better than a focused, personalised, one to one session to introduce you to the benefits of yoga.  If you're concerned about feeling self conscious in a class, don't have space in your schedule to fit in a group class, or perhaps have an injury that precludes you from joining a group class, get in touch and we can have a chat about it.

If you have an existing practice and are looking to develop and grow, a one to one session is a brilliant way to get some dedicated attention. Ask questions, explore, push your limits, make the absolute most of your time, then take that into your regular practice.

If you're looking for that personal touch for your regular practice, one to one sessions are also ideal.​

One to one sessions are:

  • scheduled around my teaching schedule so I don’t have any evening slots available but I do have availability during the day.  I have limited availability at weekends.

  • located at Brewer Street Yoga (my studio in central London) or in Greenwich Park or on-line via zoom.

  • £75 for up to 90 mins, plus I like to include half an hour at the start free of charge so you should allow two hours for your first session.

  • clothed or naked at your preference (but not in the park!).

To book a session first agree your slot with me.  Then make your payment via the Brewer Street Yoga booking system within 24 hours (you'll need to sign up, but it's very straight forward).  You can purchase a single session here  or a pack of three here.  Once you've paid I'll allocate your payment to the booking and you'll get an email confirming. Your booking is then confirmed. BSY T&Cs apply.
