"Yoga for people who think yoga isn't for them..."

The two main reasons people often give for not starting yoga are 'I'm not flexible enough', or 'isn't it all just sitting around chanting?'. If that's you, then rest assured my style of yoga is exactly what you need: every body is flexible enough to join in, and there's no chanting or sanskrit in my classes.
