Who this class is for:

A fun and energetic practice, challenge yourself to find new ways of moving as we work though flowing sequences that include strength, balance, flexibility, and body awareness.  More intense than Slow and Deep, this class is for those who may have some yoga or fitness experience, and are looking to work hard whilst still learning and developing their practice.  Each week is different, but classes may include a dynamic vinyasa flow sequence, more challenging static poses, balance, deeper twists, come along and find out!  Every class begins and ends with breath work.

What to wear/Bring:

  • Loose comfortable clothing, short and T-shirt/vest.  Leggings aren't mandatory but are appreciated!

  • A yoga mat isn't essential as there are mats at the venue, but if you have one please bring it with you.

  • A water bottle and a towel if you choose to. Note that there are no shower facilities at this venue.

Lateness:

Life sometimes puts unavoidable delays in our path, and if something means you'll be late for class please don't worry: you're welcome to join when you arrive (within reason!) .  All I ask is that you let me know so I can prepare a space for you and let the other students know.

How many students will there be?

Class size is limited to 12 students and places are prioritised to those who have pre-booked. Remaining places are allocated on a first come first served basis.
